The Corporate Partner model

A small annual program built around fit, readiness, and trust.

Ready Group Corporate Partners participate in a small annual program, engage selected candidates, and receive access to candidates who opt in and are ready for introduction.

The annual Corporate Partner model may include one successful Ready Connect hire if a mutually suitable candidate is hired, with additional hire fees thereafter. Ready 90 support is included to help support a successful hire.
