Ready Group works with a small number of selected U.S. Army junior officers because our approach is highly personal and development-intensive.
We are looking for candidates who are serious about building a corporate career and prepared to invest meaningful time, effort, reflection, and follow-through in their transition.
Our focus is deliberately narrow. Strong candidates from other military branches, senior ranks, or different career stages may not fit the current program. That is not a judgment on their quality or potential. Other military-transition organizations offer broader eligibility and may be better suited to those candidates.
Ready Group's focus is one of its strengths. This short screening helps us determine whether the current program may be the right fit before asking you to complete the full application.
