These terms govern use of the Ready Group USA website and Candidate Portal. By using the site, you agree to use it in good faith and to provide accurate information.

Ready Group USA is a selective placement firm. We identify and assess junior U.S. Army officers, prepare candidates where preparation adds value, introduce qualified candidates to employers, and support candidates through the hiring and transition process.

Ready Group USA does not charge candidates a placement fee. Where a placement is made, Ready Group USA may receive a placement fee from the employer.

Participation does not guarantee employment, employer introductions, interviews, or offers. Introductions are made when candidate readiness and employer opportunity align, and are opt-in, consent-based, and non-exclusive. Hiring decisions are made solely by the employer.

Candidates remain responsible for their own decisions, preparation, applications, and career path. Ready Group USA provides assessment, preparation, employer introductions, and post-placement support, but is not the employer and does not control employer hiring processes, terms, or outcomes.

Site content is provided for general information. Ready Group USA may update the site, its services, and these terms from time to time.
