Ready Group USA was founded by a former junior Infantry officer who made that same choice, then spent the next thirty years translating that early leadership foundation into a global corporate career. The program exists to pass forward lessons learned along the way: how to assess honestly, prepare seriously, choose the right platform, lead through influence, not title, build trust, and translate early leadership into corporate value.
