Ready Group USA respects candidate privacy. Candidate information is used to support readiness review, development planning, advisor feedback, and employer introduction readiness.
We collect only what is needed to operate the program: application details, assessment inputs, uploaded documents, checkpoint responses, development actions, and advisor notes. This information is used to calibrate development priorities and prepare candidates for trusted employer introductions.
Candidate information is held privately by Ready Group USA. It is not sold, rented, or shared with employers without the candidate's knowledge and consent.
Candidates may request corrections, export, or removal of their information where appropriate by contacting Ready Group USA.
