Ready Group USA's candidate-data philosophy is straightforward: candidate information is private by default, used to support the candidate journey, and shared externally only with candidate knowledge and permission.

    Private by default

    Candidate information stays inside Ready Group USA. Nothing about a candidate is shared externally without the candidate's knowledge and permission.

    Used to support the candidate journey

    Candidate information is used to support readiness, development, advisor review, and employer introduction readiness.

    No surprise employer disclosure

    Candidate information is not shared with employers without candidate knowledge and permission. Employer introductions are opt-in, consent-based, and non-exclusive.

    Reviewed to support development

    Ready Group USA may review documents, checkpoint responses, development actions, and advisor notes to support and calibrate the candidate journey.

  5. 05

    Candidate-controlled

    Candidates can request corrections or removal of their information when appropriate.
